Highly Recommend. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was a client of Johnny, and I was so impressed. He was very patient and understanding. He set goals that were realistic and reachable. I wish him all the best for his future endeavors. He will be greatly missed.

We've been using Optimum services for over 5 years. The care provided by Optimum practitioners is unmatched in our experience. I am certain we would not be seeing the health outcomes we have if it were not for the quality of Optimum services. Our Optimum practitioners have always been skilled, reliable, compassionate and engaging. They have listened and responded to our concerns. They have worked collaboratively with our support staff and our multidisciplinary allied health team, and have consistently provided accurate, detailed and quality reporting when needed. Now that we're leaving the area, I can only hope we find practitioners of the same calibre and character in our new location.

After ongoing treatments for several years for groin pain, Natalie Cassidy was persistant in working out my husbands cause of pain, she contacted his orthopaedic specialist and he needed a revised surgery. The next problem he was diagnosed with bursitis, the injection for this did not work but Natalie did not leave it at that and again suggested his Doctor send him for a CT scan which showed problems in his back. She has treated him appropriately and given him excercises which have worked and he is now back swimming regularly. Thank you Natalie

New to Optimum my physio Anotida(Trish) made me want to attend every week. Gentle in nature but with strong fingers for my shoulder I was touched when on my last visit she thanked me for making her transition easier.

Barton Schubert is an excellent Sports Physiologist he has assisted my adult daughter who is neuro diverse and has also been diagnosed with low muscle tone. Initially she was non compliant and complained heaps about attending the sessions. Months later she is attending sessions now twice a week and doesn't complain about muscle fatigue she now enjoys the sessions with Barton who has developed a great working relationship with my daughter. She is so much stronger, the falls have stopped and is more confident with exercising and enjoys attending with her support worker.

I am happy to review Vanessa who is my physio at Optimum. Vanessa is a very good physio and I have had many in my day. She listens and finds the exact pressure point to work on and does it professionally with a firm hand. I am happy to continue working with her if the need arises down the track.
